Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do I get started?

  • Click “Book Now” to fill out a quick order form.
  • You'll receive an Order Number and confirmation via email/text.
  • We’ll follow up to finalize your pickup.

2. When are pickup days?

  • Standard Pickups: Mondays and Wednesdays
  • Need a different day? Express Wash & Fold is available on other days of the week for a $10 express service fee.
  • If your laundry isn’t ready at the time of pickup, a $20 fee will apply.

3. How does delivery work?

  • Laundry is delivered back within 48 hours after pickup.
  • Need it faster? Choose Express Service for a 24-hour turnaround (+$10 flat fee).
  • Missed delivery or rescheduling with less than 4 hours' notice: $20 fee.

4. How does pricing work?

  • Pickup & Delivery
    • Standard: $2 per pound (20 lb minimum; under 20 lb = +$5 pickup fee)
    • Express: $10 flat fee + $2 per pound
  • Base Services
    • Wash & Fold: $1 per pound
    • Fold Only: $1 per pound
  • Add‑Ons
    • Ironing (Shirts $4, Pants/Shorts $5)
    • Flat Sheets, Pillowcases, Hangers, Comforters, Bathmats (see full list on site)
  • Other Charges
    • Delicates/Special Care: +30%
    • Heavy Soil/Stain Treatment: +$15.72
    • Oversized/Specialty Items: Priced upon request

5. What are the turnaround times?

  • Standard Service: 48 hours (no extra fee)
  • Express Service: 24 hours (+$10 flat fee)

6. What payment methods do you accept?

  • Invoices are sent after your laundry is weighed and must be paid before delivery.
  • Accepted Payments: Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, debit/credit cards
  • Tipping is optional and appreciated

8. What if I miss a pickup or delivery?

  • Pickup not ready: $20 fee
  • Missed delivery or last-minute rescheduling: $20 fee
